5 months agoMy family and I have been buying fuel here for 30 plus years. I park in their big open half empty parking lot to sleep a few hours and the guy comes out and makes me leave, says “I’m not in his system”. Very sad how things have become, I won’t be going back

10 months agoScam Alert! Dishonest staff — especially the guy in charge! This place is a joke. Parking is supposed to be free, but as soon as you stop your truck, some guy comes running up asking for $20. He tells you it’s free if you fuel up. So I fueled up — and then he still demanded money. Straight-up scam. The worst part? The manager — some Indian guy — is the one running this scheme. Lies to your face with a smile and tries to play dumb when you call him out. Totally unprofessional. He should be fired. Truck drivers work hard and don’t deserve to be ripped off and lied to like this. Avoid this place. There are better stops that treat drivers with basic respect.

2 years agoThey’re charging for overnight parking $20! The guy was so rude and disrespectful, yelling on me like a crazy. By the way there is no any single sign saying that overningt parking is not free.

3 years agoCharges $20 for overnight parking. No working restroom. Only stopped here because I was out of hours and the TA was full. Will actively avoid this “truck stop” in the future.

Edited 3 years agoNo working restroom. Sign posted on door that the water is not working. Charged $20 to park. No signs on premises to even give you a heads up. Read reviews going back for months. Same issues and just doesn’t want to put up signs. I guess this owner goes to a restaurant and expects to see a menus with no prices on it. Be reasonable buddy. Improve your business/customer service and be friendlier to everyone. This goes a long way to repeat customers and customer loyalty. Mediocre truck stop.

7 years agoCalled for price of fuel as not waste a trip from the T/A which know is much higher. I have fueled at you location before but the rude girl on the phone cost you $475 dollars worth fuel sales plus any future fuel purchases.
